Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute corporate communications and corporate marketing activities to build the organization's brand
• Initiate, develop, manage and monitor online touchpoints including websites, social media platforms, etc.
• Responsible for managing and broadcasting written communications and design, including electronic and print communications with staff, contributions to company publications, marketing materials, internal social networking platform, corporate apps, websites and social media to ensure the achievement of the organization’s overall objectives in brand building effectively.
• Act as a liaison between business units and working committee in matters relating to the annual conference including but not limit to the overall program management, presentation vetting and consolidation, preparation of agenda, rundown and task lists, floor layout and panel control on the event days
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Public Relations, Journalism, Communication Studies, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years in corporate communication experience, in-house marketing, international and multi-cultural environment preferred, experience of working for agencies will be an advantage
• Solid experience in digital marketing managing online touchpoints with proven track records in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Strong writing skills and influencer skills are required, as well as the ability to think critically & creatively to develop pitches, articles and presentations
• A self-starter with strong multi-tasking skills and good attention to details
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good team player
• Able to develop, manage and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships across the group and to work under pressure
