Working Location: Hong Kong

To strengthen the company’s brand by

(i) Managing through-the-line advertising campaigns, customer promotions and commercial sponsorships/event activation, including development and execution of brand, product and tactical marketing materials, media planning and buying, and performance monitoring

(ii) Supporting the integration of advertising and sponsorship materials with other PHKL departments and marketing functions (e.g. research, channel marketing, digital, customer)

Thereby improving the company’s value proposition to customers and distribution channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Support for advertising, promotion and sponsorship campaigns, including overseeing co-ordination with advertising, media, production and event management agencies, from development, production and launch through to post-launch monitoring and evaluation
• Collaborate with other PHKL stakeholders to integrate our campaigns with our business initiatives, in particular, with our distribution channels
• Assist to oversee budgets, proposals and agreements to track and maximize campaign effectiveness/ ensure adherence to governance and risk requirements and year-end closing
• Support competitive intelligence, e.g. monitoring and analysis on competitors' advertising, media spend, sponsorship and other major marketing activities
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, with experience in life insurance or related industries is an advantage
• University graduate of Marketing/Communication/Business
• Experience in managing above-the-line advertising campaigns, including production and roll-out  - either on agency or client side
• Excellent English and Cantonese/Traditional Chinese; Mandarin/Simplified Chinese an advantage
