Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze information, data and make recommendations for potential partnerships and collaborations
• Liaise with international media and advertising agencies to follow up on existing projects and seek opportunities for potential projects that align with the APM overall marketing plan.
• Following up on contracts, payments with external agencies and collaborators.
• Following up on all digital and off-line programme and keep track on launch of collaborations, projects etc.
• Execute online campaign messages and provides mechanical details.
• Liaise with agencies on online content such as Facebook, SEM on banners etc. And follow up on execution plans.
• Communicate with internal departments on marketing messages. Prepare and distribute internal documents, spreadsheets etc.
• Keep track and filing on clippings and monthly report
• Stock management: Orders and logistics follow up on projects with agencies & collaborators.
• General administration in the marketing department.

Requirements:

• Min 3 - 5 years’ experience with experience in fashion retail, international markets, especially in advertising and working with agencies.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. French speaking is advantageous but not a must.
• With exceptional organization skill, attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• A good team player
