Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce engaging content using a creative approach, innovative techniques and new technology e.g. drones, go-pro, 360 cameras, VR, etc
  • Perform video shooting, editing and post-production
  • Perform the typical duties of the producer such as video concept, crew selection and direction, art direction, audio design, scriptwriting and video editing
  • Understand the user requirements and create relevant content that entice consumers
  • Ongoing original creation and management of content in the form of photos, video and other multimedia formats
  • Assist to manage external agencies and freelancers to produce quality content that meet with requirements
  • Be familiar with a variety of online marketing concepts, best practices and procedures
  • Standardize publishing procedures for the department
  • Work closely with digital marketing team to develop a distribution plan that drives awareness

 Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant professional experience, with degree qualification is preferred
  • Solid video shooting experience is required
  • Excellent photography, videography and multimedia editing skills
  • Proven track record of success producing digital content in travel/ lifestyle/ news/ entertainment
  • Meticulous attention to details; strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Final Cut Pro/Premiere, After Effect or other equivalent photo and video editing tools; must be a fast learner to pick up new software
  • Has a creative and publisher mindset with strong interest in trends within leisure travel
  • Ability to handle multiple task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skill
  • Willingness to work off-hours and cover on-call shifts
  • Experience in digital marketing would be a plus
