Major job Responsibilities:

• Assist to plan and execute the whole competition and to liaise with export and design industries practitioners
• Screen and shortlist suitable contractors / vendors, and oversee their engagements and deliverables.
• Plan and execute massive digital and print advertising through various media for calling entries and post competition.  
• To maintain the website for online application and information dissemination (including writing and editing).
• Organizing varies PR and promotion events, brand building activities and roving exhibition in local and overseas.
• Document, monitor, report and review the project progress and prepare reports.

We look for high calibers who are/have:

• Diploma / University degree holder or above in marketing/ communication/translation or related disciplines.
• 4 - 8 years or more related experience in marketing/advertising/exhibition/ public relation/ event management is preferred; sure advantages with experience in funded project/awards/CRM/printing/handling technical issues of stand design; and their set-ups at exhibition;
• Ability to work independently but also work as a team player in a small but passionate team;
• Strong communication skills and can work under pressure in tight timeline and used to handle multi-tasks;
• Self-initiated, well-organized and attention to details;
• Well-versed of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua an advantage.
