Main Responsibilities

• To achieve sales target and control expenditure with budget and policy.
• To set working plans and standards, in accordance with the sales and marketing strategies.
• To supervise sales teams ensuring the full implementation of marketing plans.
• To submit monthly sales management report with problem-solving
• Responsible for develop marketing strategies and programs to drive sales and profitability of product managed
• Explore new opportunities to promote existing products and provide inputs on existing product modifications.
• Assess marketability and profitability of products by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Communicate, coordinate and monitor all product related market penetration, competitive strategies and product issues on regional level 
• Work closely with regional marketing team to plan and execute the product development and growth strategies

 Requirements

• University degree holder.
• At least 8 years in dental industry and at least 4 years experience in sales management.
• Track record achievement in building new sales team and over achieving sales objectives in private sector.
• A creative and dynamic team leader with solid market sense.
• Strong numeric sense, multi-tasking and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and be able to develop positive business relationships with all relevant customers.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken in English
• Travel required (around 30% of working time)
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Sales Manager.
