Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the marketing and category team;
• Coordinate meetings, prepare memos, reports and presentations, input data to system;
• Support the development and production of marketing collaterals;
• Collect and consolidate market and competitive information;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as and when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with minimum 1-2 years working experience; relevant experience in the retail sector is highly preferred;
• Positive working attitude, responsible and willing to learn;
• Good team player, mature, independent, attention to details and self-motivated;
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing; familiar with Vlookup function of excel is a definite asset;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Immediately available will be an advantage.
