Responsibilities:

• To plan and implement Marketing and Category Plan for HK and Macau Market;
• To develop ATL & BTL materials to promote brand image as well as its festive products and cake & bakery products;
• To coordinate with external agencies and in-house designers to produce high quality advertising, promotion, packaging and visual merchandising materials, as well as effective media plans and support PR and market research initiatives;
• To manage assigned product category, including the development of new products and packaging design, organization of A&P activities to drive sales, and regular monitory of category performance; the ultimate objective is to achieve the sales and margin goals of assigned product category;
• To work closely with manufacturing team on product development and launches, and with operations team to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities and product launches at stores.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years of solid experience in marketing and product/category management from retail sector, preferably from Food related industry. Candidates with no experience from Food or Catering industry will not be considered;
• Strong analytical, organization and communication skills; effective time and project management skills;
• Passionate with food product development is a definite asset.
