Our Management Trainee Programme is designed to nurture competent management talents into future leaders in the marketing function. As our Management Trainee, you will undergo a 2-year fast-track intensive program designed to lead you to an Assistant Marketing Manager position. The programme offers you rotations in core departments including but not limited to Service, Sales and Marketing, and provides you with functional and leadership training. You will also acquire technical, management and relationship skills through the comprehensive and structured curriculum. There will be mentoring from senior managers, career coaching and regular performance reviews. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Management/ English/ related disciplines
• Fresh graduates or recent graduates with less than 2 years of working experience
• Passionate to develop a career in marketing and in the education industry
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Outgoing, cheerful and team player
• Creative, self-motivated and with excellent leadership potential
• Able to adapt to change in a rapid-growth and fast-paced organization
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Immediately available preferred
