Job Responsibilities

• Support Director of SM&RE in all matters pertaining to the provision of business development, sales and marketing opportunities across the company
• To assist in establishing targets, monitoring and reviewing business performance across the company
• To develop marketing strategies, formulate & implement business plans in order to meet sales targets and business goals
• To develop, guide other supporting staffs in their business development plans and execution
• To develop and manage effective business relationship with potential and existing clients
• To maximize business development opportunities, increase market share and create value-added solutions & services for customers
• To source, negotiate and close sales opportunities and also to ensure the subsequent follow-up implementation to ensure smooth, effective and efficient roll-out or delivery of services
• To plan and execute marketing campaigns (conferences, road show, exhibition and electronic marketing channel) with other divisional colleagues to have the intended product or service reach customers
• To do market research and/or to provide guidance and assistance to support market research activities
• Other reasonable and lawful duties as assigned by Director of SM&RE.
• Be accountable to Director of SM&RE
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, Psychology or other related fields
• With at least 5 years of corporate sales and account management experience with MNCs preferably in the consulting or solution focused service industry
• Possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, professional integrity
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Creative, energetic, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
