Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in customer service hotline operation
- Provide case follow up and coordination support to service order administration team
- Assist in data collection and report preparation
Requirements:
- Dipolma or equivalent qualification
- Fresh graduates are also be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in English and Chinese, and ability to communicate in Putonghua
