Roles and responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day project coordination
• Maintain effective communication with key accounts, creative teams & other parties
• Work closely with creative teams and third party resources to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and with good quality
• Prepare proposals and present creative ideas to clients for approvals or modifications

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree with Business / Marketing / Communications or related disciplines
• At least 6 years experience working in advertising agency or production house 
• Experience in managing digital, above-the-line and below-the-line advertising activities
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
• Detail-minded, well-organised and a good team leader
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available will be considered in priority
