Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Event and Operations Teams in developing and building creative strategic plans for potential clients.
• Assist the managers in providing full range of accounting and business services to clients / and monitor the sales activities.
• Liaising with sales teams accurately and effectively convey their needs to Client Account Manager.
• Ensuring that marketing materials are refreshed periodically.
• Checking stock of all marketing material.

Required:

• 1-2 years working experience in accounting or customer services field, fresh  graduate will be considered.
• Strong analytical, and computer skills (especially at Powerpoint and Excel).
• Strong in numbers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet organisational deadlines.
• A Can-do attitude.
• Posses an outgoing, pleasant personality.
• Have strong sense of responsibility and accountability
