Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications and performed assigned task.
• Analyze and evaluate market trends of selected segments, customer needs and competitor activities to improve the performance of all promotion campaigns.
• Execute the ATL & BTL activities to enhance brand awareness, including advertisings, events, joint promotions, social media activities, display advertisings and website updates.
• Manage different social media platforms including website, mobile, digital media and video to monitor daily response and increase customer engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Compile monthly reports specific to digital and social media activities.
• Support ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned.

Requirement:

• Tertiary education in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in promotion or digital marketing.
• Good understanding of online marketing and social media concepts, strategy and best practice.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin.
• Must be proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Basic knowledge of using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of market trends in finance, insurance or banking sector is an advantage.
• A team player and a strategic thinker.
• Detail oriented, with can-do and results-driven positive attitude.
