Yu Mai is one of the most rapid growing Mi Xian restaurant in Hong Kong. We are currently recruiting a Senior Marketing and Public Relation Officer.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customer loyalty program and related initiatives

Responsible for data analysis and management with the CRM system

Develop campaigns for e-marketing ( Facebook, Instagram, Wechat etc)

Prepare monthly analytical report of social media performance

Support any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

University graduates major in Marketing, Communication or Language

Over 5 years solid marketing experience with focus on CRM or Customer Loyalty Program

Experience in F&B group is highly preferred

Proficient in MS Office

Networking of blogger, youtuber, KOL etc

Excellent photo & video editing skills is definitely an advantage 

Candidates with less experience will be consider as marketing assistant
