Core Accountabilities: 

• Based on effective analysis and data interpretation, provide recommendations and business solutions and execute projects within the given budget and time
• Collaborate with management with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timeline for the deliverables are met
• Device project launch preparation and implementation strategy and take initiative and timely decisions to ensure the smooth running of the project
• Mentor and manage a team of 8-9 members, closely monitor the progress and ensure the overall project quality
• Lead strategic projects, analyze and Identify gap to drive new process improvement initiatives required to improve the project quality
• Develop and modify control procedures to identify and mitigate and manage project risks
• Formulate, implement and execute, end to end, marketing and sales strategies
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned and coordinate with various teams to propose viable solutions to the business

 For a role like this you will have: 

• University graduate or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• At least 7 years of experience with extensive functional experience as business analyst
• Familiar with project management methodology with previous experience in IT projects space
• Your experience with infrastructure project management is an added advantage
• A self-motivated, organized, driven professional with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to excel in a collaborative yet dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Strong leadership skills with result oriented attitude and the ability to take ownership should the situation demands
• Highly analytical with the ability to compile, analyze and communicate a wide variety of information management and clients
• Effective communication and presentation skills with strong command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
