Responsibilities:

• Assist to promote the immigration projects and able to deliver the messages to the sales team efficiently.
• Manage on-line, digital marketing, social media marketing campaign or content such as website, Facebook, WeChat.
• Assist in sales and marketing team on marketing events, promotion activities, seminars and conferences
• Assist to collect , organize and filing customers documents
• Monitor and tracking the in progress applications
• Keep track of project progress through communicating with lawyers and customers
• Provide customer service support to customers on their inquiries and status

Requirements:

• Degree or above
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Customer centric, self-motivated, pro-active, outgoing and good team player
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skill
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin/Cantonese
• Good PC knowledge in Window Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point,Photoshop)
• Willing to learn and grow with the company , and possess a career mind
• Study abroad or international work experience preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
