Responsibilities

• Build market intelligence and analyze industry trend and provide business insight to the team and Principle
• Provide timely pre-on-post analysis for all trade activities to ensure the effectiveness of the promotions
• Build up a strong working relationships with Principals & key business partners to identify, develop & implement strategy pertaining to sales & market share growth
• Initial, develop marketing strategies and execute the action plans with sales team
• Conduct regular business review and daily communication with principal

 Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing related subjects
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably with at least 2 years at supervisory / managerial level
• Familiar with research and analysis, with Trade Marketing & BTL experience work experience
• Experience in FMCG and nutrition industry or Open / General Trade gained from multi-nationals is a definitely advantage
• Strong numerical, analytical, logical & reasoning skills and detail-minded
• Effective planning, organizational, communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to meet deadlines, works under pressure & results-oriented
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Competent in Microsoft Office, especially on Excel & Powerpoint
• Position title may be adjusted subject to candidate's experience and seniority
