Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of all Toys"R"Us Hong Kong Social Media Properties – Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, YouTube;

• Liaise with digital marketing agencies to ensure effective communication of Toys”R”Us promotions & campaigns;

• Maintenance of Toys"R"Us Hong Kong social media marketing calendar and budget to ensure maximum ROI is achieved;

• Analysis of Hong Kong Social Media data and development of improvement strategies;

• Development & execution of creative customer engagement initiatives such as social media games, in-store activities;

• Support CRM team in development and execution of loyalty programs;

• Ensure eCommerce sites is always up-to-date with latest marketing campaigns and promotions;

• Work with the Asia country marketing teams to ensure regional digital marketing strategies are consistently executed;

• Liaise with regional & local vendors to ensure digital assets are effectively received & rolled out across Asia;

• Keep note of industry trends in Digital Marketing and ensure latest technology developments are used;

• Keep note of competitor Digital Marketing channels and ensure Toys"R"Us is ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• 3 - 4 years in Digital Marketing for leading consumer brand;
• Experience in building marketing and brand strategies for different product portfolios;
• In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & Youtube advertising policies;
• Creative copywriting skills for digital communication;
• Analytical background with focus on data analysis & performance monitoring;
• Fluent in reading and writing Cantonese & English is a must.
