Duties:

• Work with the management & design team on new product development
• Source new suppliers (using platforms such as Alibaba and Taobao)
• Create production brief and purchase order
• Manage price negotiations
• Follow-up on sampling and production process
• Develop, source, monitor and follow up production of Marketing materials: such as Gift with purchase, displays, brochure, etc.
• Organize and attend Pop Up shop & trade show booth a few times a year.
• Occasional travel to follow up on production & QC with factory & supplier may be required
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• F.6 or above
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 2-3 years experience in similar field preferred
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
• Good communications and good common sense is crucial
• Willingness to Travel & experience with china factory is a plus
