Job Description
To cope with strong business growth and needs, we are now looking for a self-motivated and high calibre person to join our Public Performance Licensing Department.
Job Description

Promote intellectual property of music and protect the interests of music creators;
- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies;
- Communicate with diversified music users including event organisers, retailers, service providers, government bodies etc;
- Explore new business opportunities and maintain close relationship with existing clients. Outdoor work is required;
- Be responsible for daily operation on licensing matters; and
- Achieve pre-set team goals
Requirements
- Degree in busines administration or marketing or equivalent);
- Preferably possesses 2 years working experience with a sales and marketing background (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Licensing Officer);
- Customer service and sales orientated with good communications & interpersonal skills
- Proactive, market sensitive, self initiative, with ability in handling multi-tasks and a team player;
- Sound written and spoken English / Chinese is a must. Putonghua is an advantage
- A sound knowledge of Microsoft office.
