Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and after sales service through e-mails and incoming calls;
- Provide timely and accurate customer service support to clients in a professional manner;
- Maintain strong relationship and promote company products assigned by the management;
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks or general duties when required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines with at least 1 year of working experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Patient, self-motivated, responsible, attention to details and a good team player is an essential
- Immediately available is preferred
