Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and after sales service through e-mails and incoming calls;
• Provide timely and accurate customer service support to clients in a professional manner;
• Maintain strong relationship and promote company products assigned by the management;
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks or general duties when required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines with at least 1 year of working experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Patient, self-motivated, responsible, attention to details and a good team player is an essential
• Immediately available is preferred
