Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Build up and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential clients;
• Manage projects in an accurate and professional manner;
• Achieve commercial target assigned by the management;
• Lead the Customer Service team in handling customers’ inquiries;
• Assist in preparing project specifications and proposals;
• Prepare documentations for existing and potential client accounts;
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks or general duties when required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 3 years of working experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Aggressive, self-motivated, able to work independently, attention to details and a good team player is an essential
• Immediately available is highly preferred
