• Degree Holders in marketing
• Familiar with the property market in Hong Kong
• 5 years or more in real estate market sales organizations and independent control disk work experience, with a current policy, branding and public relations maintenance organization, sales force management 
• Design and implement residential property project sales strategy
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of the strategy, including the marketing planning, PR/Media Campaign, developed by the Organization for sales literature, etc
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Coordinate and integrate sales agent company, graphic design advertising, such as the cooperation with relevant units, organize sales organization work
• Overall management of the marketing team, Planning Group and sales team for day-to-day management
• Responsible, self-disciplined, flexible and able to withstand pressure
