Responsibilities

• Responsible for the marketing and product management for assigned products
• Develop marketing strategies and programs targeted at both consumer and trade channels and implement a mix of marketing elements
• Strategize and execute marketing activities as well as ensure effective management of marketing funds and adequate inventory levels
• Assess brand and merchandising strategies by continuously monitor the achievements versus targets
• Oversee market research and analysis, promotions and advertising associated with assigned brands
• Set annual and monthly sales budgets agreed with principals
• Responsible for product marketing functions such as inventory control, product costing and pricing
• Develop strong working relationships with internal customers, suppliers and external agencies
• Conduct regular business review and daily communication with principal(s)
• Evaluate potential market opportunities and explore new customers and product portfolios

Requirement 

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing related subjects
• A minimum of 8 years’ brand management experience, preferably with at least 2 years at supervisory / managerial level gained
• Experience in FMCG industry gained from multi-nationals is a definitely advantage
• Strong analytical skills and excellent presentation & interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
• Fluency in English and Cantonese
• Position title may be adjusted subject to candidate's experience and seniority
