We are now looking for a passionate and self-driven person to join our team in Hong Kong.

As a EDM Specialist you will be responsible for the following:

• Create, monitor and optimize dynamic email marketing campaigns
• Monitor email acquisition sources to track subscriber performance and customer acquisition efforts through email marketing channel

• Manage email marketing piece, which includes plan and execute campaigns, analyzing A/B test results, sales analytics, and segmentation etc
• Establish closed-loop analytics with the marketing team to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers

• Optimize strategy for newsletter content to exceed business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Major in marketing or have experience in marketing material design)
• Strong sense for designing creatives and use of words (English)
• Experience in E-Commerce industry
• Intermediate understanding in Google Analytics, SalesForce, SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, A/B testing
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to work well in a cross-functional team setting
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving and fast-paced environment
• Highly organised with an eye for detail, independent, responsive, and well-organized  
• Strong time management skills
• Practices common sense and logically sound in decision making
• Native English speaker
• Intermediate PS and illustrator skills
• Legally allowed to work in Hong Kong
