Job Responsibilities:

• Work in the team to arrange clients' events and activities, loyalty programs, support on product launch and promotional activities, produce high quality marketing and corporate collateral such as newsletter, brochure, product leaflet, promotional flyer, sales presentation, report and other forms of offering documents
• Conceptualize and execute effective online and offline marketing programs to launch new products, drive business and ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and manage all marketing campaigns with media partners/ business partners/ sponsors
• Promote company image, develop advertising & promotion programs and manage seminars and events
• Coordinate with advertising agents and vendors
• Liaise with in-house design, development teams and IT department for digital campaigns
• Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
• Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website
• Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO & PPC
• Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website

Job Requirements:

• University or above, preferably degree in marketing, communications, IT or related discipline
• 3 years or above experience in integrated marketing, preferably in finance industry
• Experience in development and execution of marketing plans, strategy, promotional activities and events, etc
• Expertise in Digital and Social Marketing is preferred
• Experience in managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes is preferred
• Self-starter, well-organized and able to manage various projects
• Aggressive, energetic, creative and outgoing personality with commercial sense
• Team player who works well internally and with business partners
• Good communication with both English and Chinese, presentation and interpersonal skills
