Job Description
Qualification Requirements
- Second-class honors Bachelor degree or above in communications, journalism, marketing, language, cultural studies or related disciplines from a local or overseas university, or equivalents;
- At least 3 years full-time working experiences in public relations or event management in sizable corporations in sizable corporations in Hong Kong. Working experience in cultural or arts organization is an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese languages;
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint and etc;
- Mature with good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills;
Responsibilities
- To plan, organize and implement museum programmes under the guidance of museum curators;
- To act as main contact and coordinate the logistics during museum programmes;
- To liaise with carious contractors and other supporting teams, coordinate their work and monitor their performance to ensure smooth operation of the museum programmes;
- To conduct preliminary research on topics related to the museum programmes;
- To prepare and write up publicity material in both Chinese and English; and
- To perform any other duties as assigned by museum curators.
