Your Tasks

-  Support annual overhead costs budget and FC planning process in order to meet the company’s annual operating plan and planning timeline
-  Liase, formulate and implement logistics and provider management related policies and procedures in order to guide employees’ work and improve department efficiency
-  Oversees various Logistics and Provider Management tasks in order to protect company interest and achieve targeted functional performance goal.
-  Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; help resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted function performance goal.
-  Regular audit work process; Identify process improvement opportunity and provide recommendations including SAP and E-flow system; set up project team and execute process improvement plan; assign work to project members; lead assigned project in some cases; monitor schedule and performance; and regularly update the project progress with Senior Manager – SA & SCM in order to ensure the improvement project completed successfully within the schedule.

Your Profile

-  Bachelor Degree or above with minimum 6 years related experience, including 2 years managerial experience
-  Good written and oral communication skill in Cantonese, English and Putonghua ( a must), active and ability to hold an open and constructive dialogue
-  Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft applications ( a must , particularly in excel & access)
-  Good team spirit & interpersonal skills.
-  Leadership & coaching skills
-   Responsible, honest & initiative
-  Strategic & analytical thinking
-  Hands on experience in SAP or other ERP (or MRP II) platforms preferable
