Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing local events or tournament. 
• Liaise with internal and external parties, including suppliers, organizers, working  partners to conduct routine and ad-hoc works to ensure smooth operation of events,  exhibitions and tender projects
• Coordinate with clients on design and production for events, exhibitions.
• Prepare quotation & tender, site visit & measurement, setup planning, on site  installation supervision
• Control the cost and compile the budget for each project
• To maintain day / night sports tournament.
• After Sales Service on each venue daily. 
• To assist in exploring sponsorship opportunities, execution of sponsorship events
• PR Management

  The Requirements: 

• Over 2 years’ relevant experience and knowledge in Event and Exhibition fields
• 2 years account servicing experience in fields related to PR, events and promotions
• Adaptable and flexible working style
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self motivated, independent and co-operative
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Account Executive
