Our client, an award winning digital agency, is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join their growing team in Hong Kong.

As the Social Media Specialist, you will:

• Report to the Director.
• Lead and manage a team to plan and deliver social media strategy and manage content on various platforms.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Monitor, manage and advise clients on the effectiveness of their digital and social media marketing.
• Keep updated on the current social media trends and happenings and initiate ideas, insights and recommendations to the clients.
• Work closely with internal teams, group companies and other solutions providers.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:

• Degree holder, with more than 5 years’ experience in account and team management in agency or marketing field, preferably digital marketing.
• Proven track record and knowledge of social media and content marketing.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.
• Ability to extract insights from data collected from various social media platforms.
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, leadership and language skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Passionate about digital and social media.
• Creative, dynamic, curious, analytical, responsive, self-motivated, energetic, ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
