Our client, a reputable event agency, is looking for a Head of Creative (Event) to join their team.

As the Head of Creative, you will:

• Be responsible for developing and delivering creative concepts for various kinds of events, exhibitions, roadshows, gala dinner, product launch, mall and seasonal decorations.
• Coach and manage the creative team to execute the agreed creative concepts on time and within budget.
• Ensure all creative deliverables are accurate, with good quality and meet the required brand standard.
• Build and maintain good relationship with the clients and vendors/suppliers.
• Ad hoc project as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:

• Degree holder in Marketing / Communication / Journalism / Advertising or related discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in creative development, preferably in creative, promotion or event agencies.
• Excellent creative concepts and have a track record in producing memorable and effective events.
• Excellent 2D and 3D skills.  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and language skills.  Fluency in English is required.  Knowledge of Cantonese will have an advantage.
• Dynamic, mature, passionate, pleasant, flexible, creative, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
