Our client is a major business services and solutions company which is growing in the Asia Pacific region. The company is growing, the business has been performing extremely well. The client is now looking for a Supply Chain Manager who has experience in end to end supply chain management. The company are leaders in packaging and display solutions across the region with a multi-product offering using the latest design and technology methodology to support business growth.

 

As the Supply Chain Manager the focus will be on managing suppliers and manufacturers to oversee the delivery of work, identifying areas for improvement and managing delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Supply Chain Manager, an ambitious individual who wants to grow with the business and has an incredible amount of passion in being a key contributor to the team and growing company. This is a new Supply Chain Manager role, you will be involved in building a team, working closely with the Accounts team, Creative team and Procurement to ensure high quality, timely delivery to the client. Lead and engage the Production team to deliver on work with regular reports to update clients on work. You will contribute to project ideas from a production perspective and embed a customer centric culture across the production process.

 

The Supply Chain Manager will develop, integrate and oversee the quality management system, provide leadership and guidance.

 

Key skills and expertise

  • Demonstrable experience in production and supply chain management within the FMCG and consumer sector
  • Strong operational experience and experience in display and POS
  • Excellent time management, work flow and process improvement expertise 
  • Able to mentor lead, motivate teams and with strong influencing skills
  • Strong financial acumen and project management skills
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing production leadership role or similar
