Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Publishing Department including meeting minutes, document preparation, compiling and collating information;
• Scheduling meeting for the senior management
  
• Assist senior management to carry out the management work
• Handle daily email correspondence
• Communicate with both internal and external parties for daily business coordination
• Excellent command of written and spoken English;
• Good knowledge in computer and Chinese word processing;
• Mature and independent with good interpersonal skill;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience;

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years experience;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, detail minded and with strong sense of responsibility;
• Good in English and Chinese;
• Self-committed, passionate, driven-to-success, dynamic and responsible person;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Able to communicate effectively with different parties;
  
• Achievement-oriented and committed to doing a good job;
