You will:

• Manage a team of Production Executive in overseeing day-to-day production related issues for the clients (including but not limited to online campaigns, video production, interactive marketing projects, web/mobile development, Social media execution, Post campaign analysis etc.)
• Work with internal departments and brief internal teammates clearly to plan & develop the most effective advertising campaign for clients
• Liaise with client’s rep to understand the requirements for all campaigns directly
• Negotiate with and seek for client’s approvals/signoffs at the end of each phase/project milestones delivery
• Control and monitor the project deliverables and ensure project deliverables matched with the scope of work and timeline
• Manage and oversee production from pre-production through post-production and delivery.
• Check and generate regular reports and post-campaign analysis after each campaign launched for management review

You should have / be:

• Degree holder in Business, Information Technology, Design or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in project coordination or digital production related field
• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is preferable
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese typing; knowledge in Flash and HTML is a must
• Have a good sense of art direction and IT/programming knowledge
• Detail-minded and good communication skills
• Self-initiated, well-organized, highly-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
