What part will you play? 

Content Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and processing of all Regional content assets and metadata, in line with channel objectives for Kids channels and Adult Swim across Asia Pacific region.  The role also will be assisting Content Operations department for managing meta data including contract, rights and content asset metadata in the Broadcast management System.  
The coordinator will assist APAC Digital director on consolidating and distributing Digital and Games assets

What will you be doing? 

  • Effectively plan, prioritize and arrange requests to Program Licensors and Turner International teams for Regional content assets and metadata including Kids and Adult Swim properties based on the Yearly Programming regional calendars and monthly program schedules.
  • Maintain Franchise grid, Ingress, and publicity folder to ensure accurate inventory of materials and assets.  Provide support to local Program Scheduling, Marketing, Creative Services and Content Sales through sourcing of materials and assets, effectively tracking and communicating availability and appropriate usage of assets. 
  • Manage operational workflow including providing timely requests for Regional Compliance.  Coordinate with editors for re-editing English synopsis for required titles.  Keep track of costs associated with the operational process.
  • Create and maintain the contract, rights, costs and program metadata in the Broadcast Management System.  Liaise with Finance team to ensure costs are up-to-date in the system.
  • Assist APAC Digital Director on consolidating Digital/Game assets from International offices, partners and third parties to share across local teams.
  • Prepare metadata for Adult Swim syndication

What do we require from you?

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the television industry preferably in operations or programming role
  • Experience in working with a broadcast traffic/rights management system
  • Excellent in writing and speaking English, Knowledge of Chinese language and other Asian language is an asset 
  • Attention to details, solid organization skills and an aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines in a multi-cultural environment
