Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the pre-production processes.
• Location scouting and location management
• Controlling budget
• Manage the production and post production schedules.
• Handful with external sources, such as location, freelancer, props and wardrobe.
• Ensure the quality of the final product within budget.
• Maintains video team internal resources, including HDD list, casting info, props and wardrobe.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Multimedia Communications or related discipline.
• 2 years (or above) experience in video and postproduction, either in creative agency, advertising agency, production houses or TV stations, with team management experience.
• Throughout understanding of video (including audio) production process, specs and formats as well as equipment.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and good Knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
• Good artistic sense, Creative, Self-motivated, hardworking and a good sense of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Good communication skill, fluent in Chinese and English
