Responsibilities

• Assist R&D Department in new product development projects including efficacy testing, testing arrangement, quality verification etc.
• To support R&D Department in performing New Product Pre-launch activities which include new product trial with customers and recording of personal health data (e.g. blood pressure, skin status, fat ratio etc) from customers using non-invasive device.
• Co-ordinate customer questionnaires and communicate with customers to analyze the customer needs and assist in problem solving.
• Manage documentation of the R&D Department

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Science/Bio-Chemistry/Chinese Medicine/Food Technology/Pharmacy
• 1-2 years related working experience, preferably in Health Food/Cosmetics industry.  Senior position will be offered for candidates with more experience.
• Good language skill in Chinese and English
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Good problem solving technique and full dedication to work
• Hardworking and able to work independently
• Willing to serve and take care of customer needs
