Job Duties:

• Oversee the IT system development, enhancement and integration of new systems and applications
• Regularly report progress on IT development and implementation to the Senior Executive
• Prioritize department IT goals and objectives
• Provide application/technical support and training to the internal staffs
• Handle IT procurement according to the Group IT policy and standard
• Prepare IT documentation for project implementation, IT operation and maintenance
• Regularly review the systems and network security policies
• Role as the “Help-Desk” to resolve the technical and application issues encountered by the users

         Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or equivalent
• At least 3 year IT experience in implementation of IT applications
• Experience in support clinic/hospital IT operation is preferred
• Experience in providing application support to the users
• Experience in network and server management is a plus
• Good analytical, communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
• Good command in writing English and Chinese
• Work independently, good team player and eager to learn
• Responsible, hardworking, self-initiative and result oriented
• After hours support service and on call duty are required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
