As a Medical Advisor / Senior Medical Advisor under our Medical Team, you will responsible for providing medical and scientific support for AstraZeneca’s products.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

• Build, enhance and maintain the engagement with scientific leaders, principally key external experts

• Develop or initiate strategic scientific programs – through scientific meetings, clinical studies and publications – to address or explore unmet medical needs in a specific therapeutic area

• Undertake routine requests for the review of promotional materials, and for the management of medical inquiries and adverse event reports

• Provide proactive, updated and effective medical input to internal stakeholders during the pre-launch, peri-launch and post-launch phase of a brand as part of its life cycle management

• Ensure overall adherence to internal and external processes and regulations

Essential Requirements:

• University graduate in any discipline but preferable in medical science, pharmacy, pharmacology, medicine

• Competent in Adverse Drug Reaction reporting in compliance with local regulations

• Possess a high ethical standard and knowledge of the HKAPI Code of Practices

• Knowledge of good clinical practice

• Sound computer skills on Microsoft Office

• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, conversable Mandarin is an advantage

• Excellent analytical, organization and communication skills

Desirable Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in medical affairs in pharmaceutical industry

• Sound computer skills on Microsoft Office

• Candidate with more experiences will be considered for senior position
