Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan calls schedule to cover most dispensaries including both chain and independent in responsible areas with efficient time allocation for sales manager's approval
- Develop new accounts actively, follow up with existing accounts on regular basis, build up good relations & rapport with pharmacists and authorized sales persons (ASP)
- Achieve and exceed sales target as set by direct superior
- Collect and share market intelligence on activities and information about competitive products, including promotional activity, product launch, price preparation and etc
- Arrange and participate in pharmaceutical meetings, health seminars and other related promotional activities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare market, including Teva / Actavis products, local patients trends
Requirements
Qualification
- DSE graduate or above
Experience
- Minimum 2 years selling experience preferably gained from pharmaceutical industry in the trade sector
Skills
- Good networking with pharmacies, pharmacy owners and key chains
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
- Effective selling, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Positive, self-motivated and proactive
