Our client is one of the Famous FMCG Group; they are currently looking for a high caliber to fill up below positions:

(Asst.) E-Commerce & Merchandising Manager (Cosmetics)

Duties:

• Drive sales, and regular monitoring of category performance so as to achieve the online sales and margin
• Develop business plan for all e-Commerce activities to achieve business goals
• Collaborate with the internal stakeholders such as Marketing and IT Departments to devise online sales strategy and traffic optimization including the e-Commerce platform functions, marketing/graphics, e-campaigns, purchasing, customer support and online inventory
• Manage e-Commerce quality control and quality assurance initiatives
• Lead e-store merchandising team to deliver KPI and identity new categories potential for e-store
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business Administration or related studies
• Around 5 years trading experience in managing direct marketing or e-Commerce or digital marketing, preferably in an Omni channel retailer.
• FMCG experience in Cosmetics is also an advantage.
• Strong business sense with solid project management skills
• Exposure in content management system (CMS) and social media marketing is also an advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work fast-paced working environment
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant E-Commerce & Merchandising Manager
