Our client is a retail group with business in fashion accessories and luxury brands. They are seeking for a high caliber to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to drive merchandising strategy to create seasonal buying plan and OTB budgeting.
• Review each store's assortment and sales performance. Formulate appropriate strategy to optimize sales by SKU.
• Lead team to manage multiple brands including negotiation with suppliers, retail strategy, pricing, trade terms etc.
• Attend buying trips few times a year. Work with sales team to determine brand mix and product assortment. Act as a budget controller.
• Work closely with marketing team to determine the right promotion strategies and in-store activities.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in buying from international brands. Experience with luxury brands or fashion industry highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Solid experience in multi-brand retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-minded, good team player, and leadership skills.
