Responsibilities:

• Ensure all production occurs in line with the company's strict Ethical Sourcing Policies
• Lead all Pre-Production meetings in factories
• Provide manufacturing technical support and procedures to reduce manufacturing costs and / or improve quality levels and production efficiency when identified
• Notify key stakeholders of any major or critical production and quality issues identified whilst in factories and follow up and close off outstanding CAPs with the suppliers in question
• Drive compressed production impacts training with any impacting product category
• Perform unannounced audits and inspections when requested
• Perform company factory evaluations, implement and control CAPs

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• 6  years’ experience as a QC supervisor in the required product category - Toys, Office and Accessories
• Project management skills an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and fluent in Mandarin
• Autonomous, proactive, detailed and commercially minded
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications Word, Excel and Lotus Notes
• A can do attitude with entrepreneurial spirit is a must
• Travel required
