Company Description

Out client is one of the leading international sporting goods conglomerate with wide range of product portfolio, such as appeal, shoes, sporting accessories etc. They have resourceful budget for new product development, leading a significant sales growth in all categories globally. On retail perspective, they have aggressively expansion to develop new retail stores in HK. Therefore, they are now looking for a Merchandising Manager or Buying Manager to look after their expansion.

Responsibilities

• Maximizing business opportunities and meet the financial KPI, such as Net Sales, Retail Price, Margin, Sell-thru and Product Productivity
• Presenting the category during key business milestones, such as sales training or trade meetings
• Managing business data in organized manner and with traceable record
• Managing the entire product life cycle from first intro to exit of market
• Monitoring the shipment and delivery schedule and advise follow up action in order to fulfill the customer requirement while meet the marketing initiatives
• Managing sample including rational sample ordering and store room management

Requirements

• University graduate, major in marketing or textile or clothing preferred
• At least 5 years experience in product marketing/ merchandising/ buying function in appeal/ fashion/ sport/ retail/ related industry
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Less experienced will be considered as Assistant Merchandising Manager
