Our client, a reputable airline supplier company is looking for a Purchasing Officer to join their exciting team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange quotations and samples
• Organize existing products to prepare standard items categories
• Develop and source new product
• Follow up order and monitor inventory with ERP system
• Handle and monitor shipments with forwarder and factories
• Maintain good relationship with suppliers
• Monitor product quality with inspection
• Maintain relationship with sales team, logistic team & purchasing team
• Travel to China may be required

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• 3-5 years’ work experience of purchasing or sourcing in garments / textile products
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• A good team player and self-motivated
