Job Description
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with supplier for all ordering & shipment follow up;
- Deploy effective replenishment & allocation plan so as to maintain optimal stock as well as SKU's holding at store level
- Report & analysis for all product & pricing strategies;
- Full responsibility of all product nutritional & quality issues;
- Take a leading role to drive marketing & sales team by formulating integrated merchandising & promotional plan
Requirements
- University Graduate preferably in Food science or related discipline
- 3 - 5 years of Food buying experience with customer oriented mindset
- Good communication and organization skills
- Excellent skills in Excel
- Fast learner, be numerate and self-motivated
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with knowledge of written and spoken Japanese is an asset
- Willing to work overtime
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Buyer
