Responsibilities

• Perform procurement activities including sourcing, order follow up, negotiation with vendors
• Monitor ordering and shipment delivery to ensure on-time delivery and be a communication bridge between UK Headquarter and vendors
• Able to manage production development, sampling, production and shipment follow up.
• Conduct regular vendors' evaluation and assessment to ensure that the products provided will reach quality standards as well as vendor visit if required
• Prepare cost comparison to assist management in decision making, and negotiate prices with vendors while monitoring their performance to ensure both operation and cost efficiency

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in any related disciplines
• 3 years working experience in sourcing, procurement and vendor management
• Organized and detail orientated, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Familiar with quality standards & test requirements according to EU laws
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good PC skills in MS Office and Email
• Travelling required
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
