Responsibilities:

• Lead a team and strategically formulate merchandising and category management workflow and procedures
• Handle product development and launch of new products
• Maintain excellent relationship and work closely with key suppliers
• Ensure good supply chain and product management, including pricing, production capacity, shipment schedule and stock management to achieve continuous competitiveness for the business
• Explore and identify new market opportunities
• Work closely with internal departments to support maximize revenue initiatives
• Ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• University degree in business related disciplines
• At least 8 years of merchandising and importing experience in FMCG/ food industry in Hong Kong
• China exposure and good connection with food suppliers are preferable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Japanese or Putonghua is an advantage
