Responsibilities:

-     Helping establish new business workflows and improve the existing ones, making presentation   to related parties for execution

-          Drafting letter, emails, and agreements for the company

-          Serving as the corresponding hub to the professional parties, e.g. clients, bankers, lawyers and auditors

-          Willing to learn the ERP system

-          Assisting to monitor the internal control system and rectifying the deviation

-          Preparing documents and reports for the requirements of Due Diligence

-          Working out Company timeline

-          Handling ad-hoc assignments

-      

Requirements:

-       

-          Degree holder in accounting/finance/business or related discipline from reputable universities. Fresh graduate is also acceptable

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills : proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

-          Good organizational skill and time management

-          Good analytical mind, initiative, self-motivated and willing to learn

-          Proven record to work under pressure and tight timeline

-          Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, Powerpoint

-          Willing to travel extensively

-          Immediate availability is preferred

-          NOT a secretarial job. Candidate with secretarial background does not need to apply
